Fringe Meetings & Co-Located Workshops

Additional to the regular conference programme, a number of specialist interest groups will be holding their meetings during DATE 2020.

These so-called fringe meetings include open or private meetings that are managed by non-profit organisations, commercial enterprises or academic/research projects and are related to topics that are within the scope of the DATE conference.

If you would like to receive a quote for a meeting room during DATE 2020, please send your requirements (preferred date and time slot, number of participants, room layout, equipment, etc.) to the Conference Organization - Conference Manager

All rooms are offered upon application and are subject to approval by the DATE General Chair. All costs are collected from the DATE Conference Organization K.I.T. Group on behalf of the Conference Host, EDAA, without VAT. Rental periods must always make allowances for set-up and clean-up time.
